Competition sailor

Our racing sails are designed and built with one aim in mind; uncompromising sailing with a sail set where no concessions are made to weight or shape retention. A good racing sail gives the sailor boat speed and confidence, two important elements in the complicated game that is racing sailing.

No concessions, pure competition sailing.

Depending on the unit class, your specific needs or the boat's characteristics, the best set of racing sails possible for your boat will be designed with you. The creation of a good and fast racing sail can only succeed if all our know-how and experience is consistently brought to bear at every stage of the design process.

Cloth types of racing sails

So all possible cloth types can be used here as well. Many unit classes require you to use a woven cloth type, from Square Dacron to Fibercon Pro Radial. For the ORC vessels, we often use a laminate like Dimension Polyant's DCX (tri radial cut), or the Cross cut cut Laminates (film/film). For the best shape in combination with a very light sail there is also the possibility to use a Laminate (film / film) suitable for a Tri radial cut.
