inmeten &amp; montage<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Ben jij handig, heb je technisch inzicht en lijkt het je mooi om een echt vak te leren? Dan maken we graag kennis met je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Wij zoeken iemand die het vak van <strong>zeilmaker \/ tentenmaker<\/strong> wil leren, met de nadruk op het inmeten en monteren van bootkappen en tenten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Ervaring als zeilmaker is niet nodig. Belangrijker vinden we dat je handig bent, nauwkeurig werkt en graag nieuwe dingen leert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"ben-of-heb-jij\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Wat ga je doen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">We maken buiskappen, kuiptenten, bimini&#8217;s, wintertenten en ander maatwerk voor de watersport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Je gaat samen met een ervaren collega op pad om kappen en tenten in te meten, bestaande situaties te bekijken en nieuwe producten te passen en monteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Geen boot is hetzelfde. Je leert hoe je een goede oplossing bedenkt, hoe je maten nauwkeurig opneemt en hoe je ervoor zorgt dat een kap of tent uiteindelijk netjes past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">We werken onder andere met een Proliner en 3D-scanner. Ook leer je hoe het werk in onze zeilmakerij wordt voorbereid en geproduceerd, zodat je het hele proces leert begrijpen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Naarmate je meer ervaring krijgt, kun je steeds zelfstandiger gaan werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"wij-bieden\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Wat zoeken we?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Vooral technisch inzicht, handigheid en de wil om het vak te leren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-10 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben met zeilen of bootkappen. Misschien heb je gewerkt in de techniek, montage, houtbewerking of een ander praktisch beroep. Of je bent gewoon erg handig en zoekt een vak waarin je jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-11 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Je vindt het leuk om met je handen te werken, denkt in oplossingen en hebt oog voor detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-12 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Je werkt graag samen met collega&#8217;s, maar vindt het ook mooi om uiteindelijk zelfstandig op pad te kunnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"over-zeilmakerij-de-vries-maritiem\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Werken bij zeilmakerij De Vries Maritiem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-13\" style=\"color:#002b50\">We zijn een zeilmakerij in Lemmer met ongeveer 20 mensen en werken aan veel verschillende projecten in de watersport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-14 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Van een nieuwe kap op een klein zeiljacht tot complete maatwerkprojecten op grote motor- en zeiljachten: het werk is afwisselend en bijna ieder project is anders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-15 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Met een Proliner, 3D-scanner en Z\u00fcnd snijtafel hebben we moderne middelen in huis, maar uiteindelijk draait het bij ons om vakmanschap. Goed kijken, logisch nadenken en netjes werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-16 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Je komt terecht in een nuchter en enthousiast team met veel kennis en ervaring. Collega&#8217;s helpen je op weg en leren je stap voor stap het vak. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken, vragen te stellen en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-17 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#002b50\">Naast het werk is er ruimte voor humor en gezelligheid.
