<\/h2>\n    \n    \n    <\/section>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Die Herausforderung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die K\u00f6niglich Niederl\u00e4ndische Rettungsgesellschaft (KNRM) hatte einen besonderen Wunsch: eine effiziente und robuste Dichtung f\u00fcr ihre neue Bootsklasse, die \"Van Wijk\". In der Vergangenheit hatte die Zeilmakerij de Vries Maritiem bereits eine \u00e4hnliche Dichtung f\u00fcr eine fr\u00fchere Version des Rettungsbootes geliefert. Mit dieser Erfahrung im Hinterkopf und einigen \u00c4nderungen in Absprache mit KNRM wurde ein neuer Entwurf mit Hilfe der neuesten 3D-Technologien realisiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Der Prozess<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um eine perfekt sitzende Dichtung zu erhalten, wurde das Boot zun\u00e4chst mit dem modernen 3D-Scanner&nbsp;<strong>Artec Leo<\/strong>&nbsp;Scanner. KNRM arbeitet unter hohem Zeitdruck und muss in Notsituationen schnell die Segel setzen k\u00f6nnen. Daher musste die Abdeckung einfach und schnell zu entfernen sein. Dies f\u00fchrte zu einer innovativen&nbsp;<strong>Zwei-Zip-L\u00f6sung<\/strong>Mit einem der Rei\u00dfverschl\u00fcsse an einer Sehne f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliche Festigkeit und Benutzerfreundlichkeit gen\u00e4ht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus ben\u00f6tigte KNRM zus\u00e4tzliche M\u00f6glichkeiten zum Anschlie\u00dfen verschiedener Schl\u00e4uche, wenn das Boot vert\u00e4ut ist. Sie bietet Schutz, ist schnell zu entfernen und bietet zus\u00e4tzliche Anschlussm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr maximalen Komfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KNRM ist mit dieser L\u00f6sung \u00e4u\u00dferst zufrieden. Inzwischen gibt es bereits&nbsp;<strong>zwei Boote<\/strong>&nbsp;mit diesem Siegel versehen, das die Qualit\u00e4t und Funktionalit\u00e4t des Entwurfs best\u00e4tigt.
